She began her career in hospitality in Beverly Hills, working in the Front of the House before advancing to the executive role of Director of Reservation Sales. Elisabeth later served as a Senior Executive of the French Trade Commission/Business France North America in New York, where she spearheaded initiatives in the luxury, cosmetics, fashion, design, tourism, and culture sectors, promoting French brands and fostering bilateral business development in the US and Canada.

Her expertise spans Management, Strategic Business Development, and Executive Search & Recruitment, with clients in sectors such as Aerospace, Automotive, Smart Technologies, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Cosmetics, Fashion, Design, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Tourism, Well-being, Luxury, Real Estate, and Government.
